Although they can be complicated and frustrating, healthcare systems are designed with specific purposes in mind. If your behavioral health provider uses Credible Behavioral Health (CredibleBH) software, they are helping you care for your behavioral health needs. Not being able to log in for your first time, or not being able to reset your password defies their efforts to assist you.
This document serves to assist you in navigating the CredibleBH portal, helping you gain, or maintain, remote communication with your provider, the scheduling system, and document access, all from a single location.
More on the CredibleBH Portal
CredibleBH is considered an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Regardless of how it is classified, it serves the purpose of providing you and the provider with a secure and simplified system for remote access. This portal helps your provider to facilitate, not just your, but the entire clinic or agency’s clients or mobile units’ service requests, from scheduling an appointment or tracking your medications.
This portal is designed to provide you with remote access to your provider whenever you want. You do not have to depend on your provider to respond to you in order to obtain an appointment or obtain information. You do not have to wait for a phone call to your provider. It is your portal, your information, and your time. You are in control of your behavioral health journey.
Here are your Step-by-Step Instructions
As long as you have your provider’s three important pieces of information, you should successfully login into your account without issues.
Please Note: Make sure that you are on the correct login page. Do not put your information on third-party login support providers as they can compromise your information.
1. Search for the correct page
Use this URL https://login.crediblebh.com/. If you see the Corporation Credible logo, you are on the right page.
2. Type your information in the required fields
There are three fields that are required when logging into CredibleBH. These are:
- User Name: This has to be put in the exact case as it was provided by your agency.
- Password: This has to be your credential passkey.
- Domain: This protection is put in place, so that if you don’t know your Domain, you cannot log in. This is for the protection of the company’s employees so that they don’t accidently log into another colleague’s account.
3. Navigate to the dashboard
When all information is inserted, select “Log In” and you should be in your private dashboard.
How to fix troubleshooting problems
It is common to have problems logging in even if everything is perfect. Out of all the problems, here’s how you can solve the dominant error problems and are commonly faced by the different users.
Resetting Your Password
If you forgot your password, you can click on the link that says “Forgot password?”
- Once you clicked the link, you should enter your username and domain.
- An email should appear on the email address that we have on file.
- For security, the link in the email will expire in 15 minutes, so please complete the steps in the email as soon as possible, or you will have to do the steps again to receive another email.
- Errors that say “Partner does not allow password reset”
If you see the error “this partner does not allow users to reset their passwords”, it means that the clinic or agency you are visiting has chosen not to allow users to do self-service resets for security reasons. Therefore, you cannot do it on your own, and you will have to go to the administrative staff of your clinic to do it.
Errors with “Master Profile Code”
If you see an error that says something about master profile code, it is an error related to permissions in the backend. Do not try to resolve it on your own; contact your site administrator as soon as possible.
Account Suspension
Messages regarding account suspensions due to unpaid balances are NOT due to non-payments. The accounts are suspended in the system as a security measure to ensure that the administrative account locks do to non-payment. The messages usually provide a link to Credible Accounts Receivables at ar@qualifacts.com. Since this is a system-generated response to an administrative lock, skipping this step will likely lead to a quicker resolution by contacting your provider’s billing department directly.
Security Measures and Data Privacy
Due to the sensitivity of the medical information collected within this portal, CredibleBH is required to follow strict HIPAA compliance, which will affect your experience when using the portal.
Password Strength Requirements
In order to secure information within the portal, a series of requirements must be met when creating or resetting a password. Such requirements are:
- At least 1 upper case character
- At least 1 lower case character
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character
- No commonly used words or phrases will be accepted as passwords.
Protecting Your Data
Security must always be a priority. If you are using a device that is used by others, be sure to logout to ensure your account is secure as well as your information. Do not share your Domain or Username with anyone not authorized.
Contact Information and Support
If you are stuck, knowing who to contact is half the battle.
Reach Out to Your Provider First
This applies to 90% of issues – forgotten usernames, domains, or scheduling problems. You will have to reach out to the agency that provides your care. CredibleBH is the software provider, meaning they have no insight into your specific file, or into the appointment calendar of your clinic. Your clinic’s front desk, or your provider’s IT admin, have access to your account.
Technical Issues
If your provider cannot help, and your issue is technical, then you’re looking for software issues and you have to reach out to the former Credible and now Qualifacts. They have a corporate support.
- Phone: 301-652-9500
- Email:

Keep in mind, if you’re not the one paying for the services, these contact points aren’t meant for you. Just start with your clinic.
Important Points
The CredibleBH portal is the most important tool when communicating with your behavioral health providers. The login process specifies that you must enter your Domain and other specific information to keep your sensitive info secure.
If you know how to troubleshoot the reset password program, and you keep your login info secured, the focus can remain on your health and wellness.
